Following the 'Ternura EP', released in September 2020, La Dame is back with the remixes. These three tracks crystallize a year waiting for the opening of the clubs and the deep desire to let explode the joy, friendship and dance. Three different representations of the world, three fine and skillfully orchestrated aesthetics.
French Kiss, ' Bisou Français' which referred to the pulpy house of Lil'Louis, was interpreted by the multi-instrumentalist David Walters. With a solid knowledge of the dancefloor, as well as a sunshine radiating everything he touches, David Walters provided a House version reminiscent of the 90s, with a NU-Disco tendency. A bomb of sensuality, ready to explode the dancefloor.
Hope for an endless summer, which was composed with pianist Florian Pellissier, was an ode to sunsets and endless heat. Deheb, a great beatmaker known for his groovy albums with soulful, jazzy and funk accents, made it a gem. Under his influence and his subtle taste, the track becomes abundant, smiling. A groove treasure for lovers of solid beats.
Finally, La Dame decided to reinterpret her own track, 'Pelas Bruxas', which means 'for witches'. The track already evoked, with a footwork influenced beat, the female power. She softened it to treat it in a mysterious and bewitching way. The remixed track with downtempo accents then celebrates all the depth and a supernatural revelation, hence the title.
